Shipping Materials

At ‘We are Nutrified,’ we are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our policy is to use minimal plastic and single-use packaging solutions. Your orders will be delivered in recyclable packaging or repurposed materials, such as secondary use plastic jiffy bags, to minimize our environmental footprint.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We use Royal Mail standard shipping for all deliveries. Typically, items are delivered within 3-5 working days. However, during busy times, please allow up to 10 working days before raising a concern with our Customer Support Team. 

Delivery Processing

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and, if the goods are available, dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the order.
• Delivery Timeframe: Depending on stock availability, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days.
• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Important Notes

• Courier Delays: While we aim to provide a next-day service, please note that we rely on couriers for delivery. Occasionally, delays may occur, and in such cases, we cannot refund carriage charges.
• Out of Stock Items: If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email. You can choose to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel your order for a full refund.
• Working Hours: Our staff work from Monday to Friday and do not process orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
