When should I take my Gut Goodness?

Our Nutritionist recommends taking your supplement half an hour before your first meal of the day. We recommend that you do not take them with a hot drink.

Can I take Gut Goodness if I have lactose intolerance?

Yes, despite the name being very similar, the lactobacilli strain of probiotic does not contain the sugar 'lactose' which is the fermentable sugar that causes lactose intolerance symptoms.

Can I take this tablet alongside medication?

We recommend that if you take any regular medication that you speak to your Doctor or Pharmacist before taking Gut Goodness.

Why do we sell the ‘refill jar’?

The refillable jar is all part of our sustainable, plastic-free and zero-waste ethos. The capsules are packaged in compostable packaging, and although food safe, the compostable packages have a shorter shelf life than your traditional plastic packaging. If the compostable pack is exposed to heat, moisture or humidity it can degrade and therefore affect the quality and potency of the ingredients. Therefore we recommend transferring your supplements into the refillable jar to maintain their efficacy. A common problem with supplements is that you put the packet away and forget to routinely take them. We created a beautiful glass jar that seamlessly fits into your kitchen, bathroom or bedside table decor to help you to make taking your daily dose habitual.
