When should I take my Iron Up?

Our Nutritionist to take your supplement first thing in the morning with food. We recommend that, you do no take your supplement with Coffee or Tea.

When should I take my Bedtime Bliss?

Our Nutritionist recommends taking your supplement at least 1-2 hours before you intend on sleeping. Be mindful not to take the supplement with any caffeinated or naturally caffeinated beverage. We do not recommend taking these during the day.

How long do I need to take Bedtime Bliss before I can see an effect?

You should be able to notice an effect the night that you take the product. However, if you take the supplement consistently for 3+ months will you will notice a greater and more effective response.

Is Blooming Gorgeous Hair Oil suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, this product is non-toxic and made from 100% natural ingredients. This product has been formulated for sensitive skin. This product does contain some topical allergens, if you are sensitive to a particular ingredient please read the ingredients list first.

How to apply the Blooming Gorgeous Hair Oil?

Take a few drops of the Blooming Gorgeous Hair oil and rub it into your finger tips. For frizzy ends, rub the oil into the last inch of the hair lengths. For root revitalising and hair growth massage the oil into the scalp in small circular motions. • Will this help with hair frizz? o Yes, the Blooming Gorgeous hair oil has been formulated to tame frizzy hair, split ends and fly aways.
