How long do I need to take Iron Up before I can see an effect?

You will need to consistently take the supplement for at least 3 weeks before seeing an effect. Each pouch of capsule supplements contains a 3 months supply.

When should I take my Fruit Protein Punch?

You can use the protein smoothie scoop at any point in the day. We recommend that you do not mix the vegan protein with hot liquids.

The refillable jar is all part of our sustainable, plastic-free and zero-waste ethos. The capsules are packaged in compostable packaging, and although food safe, the compostable packages have a shorter shelf life than your traditional plastic packaging. If the compostable pack is exposed to heat, moisture or humidity it can degrade and therefore affect the quality and potency of the ingredients. Therefore we recommend transferring your supplements into the refillable jar to maintain their efficacy. A common problem with supplements is that you put the packet away and forget to routinely take them. We created a beautiful glass jar that seamlessly fits into your kitchen, bathroom or bedside table decor to help you to make taking your daily dose habitual.
