When should I take my Bedtime Bliss?

Our Nutritionist recommends taking your supplement at least 1-2 hours before you intend on sleeping. Be mindful not to take the supplement with any caffeinated or naturally caffeinated beverage. We do not recommend taking these during the day.

Can I take Bedtime Bliss alongside medication?

We recommend that if you take any regular medication that you speak to your Doctor or Pharmacist before taking Bedtime Bliss. This product cannot be taken with antidepressant medications.
