General

Below are some general commonly asked questions.

How do I sign in to my account?

At the top right of the webpage, you will see a human icon. If you click on this icon, you will be taken to the sign-in page for your account. Here, simply type in the email address your account is connected to plus your password.

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, simply click ‘I have forgotten my password’ below the password field. You will be asked to confirm your email address. If there is an account connected to that email address a change of password prompt will be sent to the email address entered.  Follow the link in the email and reset your password. Once this has been completed you may sign in again.

Is my payment handled securely?

Absolutely- we take our customer's cyber-safety very seriously! We comply to all payment card industry (PCI) standards to the highest degree.

What payment methods do you accept?

When can I expect a reply through the contact form?

Our Customer Support Team work Monday-Friday so you can expect a reply within 24 hours of filling in your contact form. If you contact on the weekend or before a bank holiday you can expect a response from our customer support team on the following business day.

Can I buy your supplements without subscribing?

Yes, of course you can! You can purchase in the best format for you, just be mindful that when you subscribe you unlock discounted prices month-on-month.

What shipping options are available?

Currently, we offer Standard and Express shipping.

How long does standard shipping take?

Your order will be packaged and dispatched to you within 1 working day. All orders are sent via royal mail standard shipping which should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, to get to any UK address. Please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us, during busy times.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Packaging

Below are some commonly asked questions about our packaging.

How do I use my ‘We are Nutrified’ Packaging?

We consider ourselves to be the first refillable supplement brand. We recommend that when you make your first purchase of supplements you also purchase our refillable branded jar. This jar has been specifically designed to keep the capsule contents safe, and free from UV or air degradation. All our supplements come in compostable pouches which are purely used to fill the branded jar and then disposed of. When you purchase the supplements with the refillable jar you will also receive an information hanger that can be placed around the jar rim, under the lid so you can identify your supplement.

How do I dispose of my ‘We are Nutrified’ Packaging?

The refillable jar should not be disposed of, this has been specifically designed to be a multi-use item. The refillable pouches are compostable so can be taken to a local centre to undergo industrial composting. You can find your local centre through a simple google search. Lastly, if you want to dispose of the information hanger these can be placed in the recycling bin.At this time, our cosmetics are not refillable, but that doesn’t mean they are one time use items. Many of our cosmetics packaging can be used for other purposes or simply recycled along with white glass

If I don’t use the refill option, how do I store my compostable pouch?

The compostable pouch is not intended for long term storage and use as they are made to degrade eventually unlike more common plastic materials. We recommend that to maintain the shelf life of the packaging for as long as possible you should keep the pouches in a cool, dry place with temperatures below 25°C and out of direct sunlight. Please be advised that we recommend you purchase the refillable jar to get the most for your supplements.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured within the UK.

Are all your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are vegan. Always read the label before purchasing.

I struggle to swallow capsules, can I open them and swallow the powder instead?

Yes, our supplements are encased in HPMC capsules. These can be pulled apart to release the powder and the capsule disposed of.

What are the capsules made from?

The capsules are made from Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose which is a biodegradable and biocompatible polymer. It’s 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Can I take your supplements if I have a medical condition or take medication?

We are unable to give out any medical advice. You are recommended to contact your GP or healthcare practitioner before taking any of our supplements, but particularly if you are on medication.

How do I check if the products contain allergens?

Always check the ingredient section of our supplements. All allergens will be presented in bold text in the ingredient list. We will only highlight the mandated 14 allergens from Food Standards Agency (FSA) list.

Do any We are Nutrified products contain added sugar?

None of the We Are Nutrified products contain added sugars. Be mindful that many of our products contains natural herbal and botanical extracts which may contain natural sugars.

Refunds & Returns

Below are some commonly asked questions about our refunds & returns.

Can I cancel my one-time purchase?

Yes, you can cancel a one time purchase. You must cancel before the item has been shipped. Once the item has been shipped to your address you cannot cancel, you can only return the item. Simply contact our Customer Support Team via 0800 288 8953 or via email on info@wearenutrified.co.uk to handle your cancellation.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription through your We are Nutrified account. You must be signed in to do this.If you are struggling to cancel your subscription yourself, please contact our friendly Customer Support Team via 0800 288 8953 or via email on orders@wearenutrified.co.uk to handle your cancellation

How quickly will my refund bank account?

The speed of the refund will depend on the type of payment you used. However a refund will be within your account within 14 days of receiving the unopened item at our warehouse.

Can I return my product if it's opened?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened and used product. If you have opened a product, we cannot refund your full order cost?

How do I make a return?

To return an unopened or unused product please follow the instructions below:
