Refund and Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item you have received, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill in the Return Information: Complete the return information on your dispatch note. This is the piece of paper that you received with the item.
  2. Ensure Item is in Original Condition: Make sure the item is in its original condition with all packaging unopened. If the product packaging is opened, we will be unable to provide a refund.
  3. Pack the Item: Pack your item securely and enclose the completed dispatch note for identification. We are unable to process refunds without the original dispatch note.
  4. Return Shipping: Return the parcel to our warehouse using any courier of your choice. Return parcels to the following address:

 Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Returns must be made at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel reaches us, as we are unable to refund lost parcels sent by your chosen carrier.
  • No Prepaid Labels: Currently, we are unable to offer collection services or provide prepaid returns labels.
  • Using Hermes: If you wish to use Hermes for returns, please book via co.uk.
  • Unpaid Returns: Any returns that are not paid for will not reach us, and we will be unable to process a refund.

Refunds:

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected by our Customer Support Team. If the product packaging is undamaged and unopened, we will accept the return and fully refund the price of the products.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7 working days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
  • Opened or Used Products: If the products have been opened or used, we will be unable to grant a refund.
