Recapture a Hobby 

Life is busy... but who says you have to say goodbye to hobbies that fill your heart with joy. This year, set yourself goals in hobbies that make you feel great! Whether that’s learning to sew, writing an e-book, joining a sports team, starting a new collection, becoming an activist for something you believe in or learning to play an instrument. Whatever makes your heart sing!  

Grow your own fruit and vegetables  

This goes hand in hand with our eco revolution that’s going on over on our social pages, but why not learn to grow your own fruit and vegetables? It’s eco-friendly, creates a sustainable all-year-round food chain, you get to learn a new skill and finally, but most importantly, you are rewarded with delicious fruits and vegetables. What’s not to love? 

Go plastic free

Take Care of your Health, not your weight

  • Book in with the Opticians 
  • Meet new friends at a social group or hobby
