Ingredients
6 Ears of corn, cleaned & shucked
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Sour Cream
40 grams of Cotija cheese (or substitute for feta)
Serve with chilli powder, coriander, & lime wedges
Method
- Grill the ears of corn on a medium-high heat. Remember to turn the corn often to prevent burning.
- Take the corn of the grill after 10 minutes or when charred
- In the meantime, mix the mayonnaise and sour cream
- Once, the corn is cooked, brush the outside with the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture. Then sprinkle with chilli powder, cheese and cilantro.
- Serve with a squeeze of lime.
