Ingredients
20 grams of porridge oats
20 grams of desiccated coconut
1 small carrot grated
½ tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of honey, agave or maple syrup
Methods
- Grate your carrot
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the oats, coconut, milk of your choice, cinnamon and honey
- Heat in the microwave for ~2 minutes or until an enjoyable consistency is reached
