Delicious, Garlic, Salty, Fresh. There's no better side dish to impress your friends than the seasonal garlic-roasted artichokes. Simple, easy and extremely tasty.

Difficulty: Low

Serves: 2

Ingredients 

500 grams of artichokes

4 cloves of garlic

40 grams of parmesan (or vegan alternative)

Oil for roasting

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Clean the artichokes thoroughly to remove the dirt between the leaves.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Half the artichoke harts and place them on a baking sheet with the middles facing up.
  4. Remove the skins of the garlic and grate each garlic clove.
  5. Add oil and salt to both sides of your artichoke heart.
  6. Add the grated garlic to the artichokes and massage everything in.
  7. Put the artichokes in the oven to roast for 40 minutes.
  8. Grate your parmesan or vegan alternative.
  9. For the last 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the parmesan and place your artichokes back in the oven.
