Ingredients
500 grams of artichokes
4 cloves of garlic
40 grams of parmesan (or vegan alternative)
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Method
- Clean the artichokes thoroughly to remove the dirt between the leaves.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Half the artichoke harts and place them on a baking sheet with the middles facing up.
- Remove the skins of the garlic and grate each garlic clove.
- Add oil and salt to both sides of your artichoke heart.
- Add the grated garlic to the artichokes and massage everything in.
- Put the artichokes in the oven to roast for 40 minutes.
- Grate your parmesan or vegan alternative.
- For the last 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the parmesan and place your artichokes back in the oven.
