Ingredients
35 grams of Cashews
2 Medjool Dates
100-150ml of Water
40 grams of Porridge Oats
200ml of Cashew Milk (or your preference)
1 Serving of Fruit Punch Protein Powder
Strawberries to Serve
Optional - Fruit, nuts, granola to serve
Method
- To make the cashew cream, place the cashews, dates and water in a blender. Slowly add water to reach the ideal consistency, blend until smooth.
- To make the porridge, add your porridge oats and milk into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then turn down to a simmer for 5 minutes. Continuously stir.
- Next, stir in your serving of We are Nutrified Fruit Protein Punch Scoop.
- Serve in your favourite bowl and add your cashew cream, strawberries and any other toppings.
