Ingredients

35 grams of Cashews

2 Medjool Dates

100-150ml of Water

40 grams of Porridge Oats

200ml of Cashew Milk (or your preference)

1 Serving of Fruit Punch Protein Powder

Strawberries to Serve

Optional - Fruit, nuts, granola to serve

Method

  1. To make the cashew cream, place the cashews, dates and water in a blender. Slowly add water to reach the ideal consistency, blend until smooth.
  2. To make the porridge, add your porridge oats and milk into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then turn down to a simmer for 5 minutes. Continuously stir.
  3. Next, stir in your serving of We are Nutrified Fruit Protein Punch Scoop.
  4. Serve in your favourite bowl and add your cashew cream, strawberries and any other toppings.
