Ingredients

1 Tbsp of Green Goddess Powder

120 grams of Ground Almonds

2 Medjool Dates

2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup

100 grams of Peanut Butter

100 grams of Peanut Butter

Desiccated Coconut for Coating Only

Methods

  1. Blend the dates with the maple syrup
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until they make a firm playdough like texture
  3. Take small amount of the mixture and roll into a ball
  4. Roll in desiccated coconut and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
