1 Tbsp of Green Goddess Powder
120 grams of Ground Almonds
2 Medjool Dates
2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
100 grams of Peanut Butter
100 grams of Peanut Butter
Desiccated Coconut for Coating Only
Methods
- Blend the dates with the maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl until they make a firm playdough like texture
- Take small amount of the mixture and roll into a ball
- Roll in desiccated coconut and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
