Ingredients
Leftover Roast Potatoes and/or Leftover Mashed Potatoes
Leftover Turkey and/or Bacon
Leftover Vegetables
1/2 Garlic Clove, chopped
1/2 Onion, chopped
Methods
Take your leftover roast potatoes and mash until smooth.
Heat a pan to a medium heat and add your leftover turkey, bacon and goose fat to the pan and brown, then add garlic and chopped onions.
Then to the pan, add your leftover vegetables and warm through.
Then, add your mashed potatoes from step 1, and allow them to catch, brown and caramelise on one side.
Once, one side of your potatoes has caught flip them over and allow the other side to brown.
