Ingredients
300 grams of unsweetened full-fat yoghurt
2/3 cup of fresh or frozen red berries,blended
1tsp of vanilla extract
2 tsp of honey or maple syrup
10 fresh or frozen berries, chopped
Method
- Add the 2/3 cup of fresh or frozen berries to a blender. Be sure to leave around 10 to chop and add later in the recipe
- Then add to the blender half the honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Then blend
- In a small bowl mix the full-fat yogurt, with the remaining maple syrup or honey
- Chop the 10 berries into small chunks
- Then add into your moulds, one white layer, followed by one pink berry layer. After each berry layer, sprinkle some chopped fruit chunks
- Repeat the process until you reach the top of the mould
- Add the ice lolly sticks and put in your freezer for ~4 hours
