Ingredients

300 grams of unsweetened full-fat yoghurt

2/3 cup of fresh or frozen red berries,blended

1tsp of vanilla extract

2 tsp of honey or maple syrup

10 fresh or frozen  berries, chopped
 

Method

  1. Add the 2/3 cup of fresh or frozen berries to a blender. Be sure to leave around 10 to chop and add later in the recipe
  2. Then add to the blender half the honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Then blend
  3. In a small bowl mix the full-fat yogurt, with the remaining maple syrup or honey
  4. Chop the 10 berries into small chunks
  5. Then add into your moulds, one white layer, followed by one pink berry layer. After each berry layer, sprinkle some chopped fruit chunks
  6. Repeat the process until you reach the top of the mould
  7. Add the ice lolly sticks and put in your freezer for ~4 hours
