Protein Shakes are a thing of the past...introducing Berry Bakewell Protein Baked Oats is another delicious recipe to increase your protein intake.

Preparation Time – 25 mins

Difficulty – Medium

Serves – 3 

Ingredients

100 grams of rolled oats 

25 grams of ground almonds

2 Servings (50grams) of Fruit Punch Powder 

250ml of almond milk 

50grams of chopped and destoned cherries 

2 tbsp honey 

1 tbsp Olive Oil 

1tsp vanilla or almond extract 

Salt to taste 

Methods

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 °C
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients - the oats, fruit punch powder, salt and ground almonds 
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients – milk, honey, vanilla or almond extract and oil
  4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients in one bowl and stir
  5. Destone and chop your cherries and add to the oat mixture
  6. Pour the oat mixture into a small baking dish
  7. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the oats are set
