Ingredients
100 grams of rolled oats
25 grams of ground almonds
2 Servings (50grams) of Fruit Punch Powder
250ml of almond milk
50grams of chopped and destoned cherries
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1tsp vanilla or almond extract
Salt to taste
Methods
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients - the oats, fruit punch powder, salt and ground almonds
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients – milk, honey, vanilla or almond extract and oil
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients in one bowl and stir
- Destone and chop your cherries and add to the oat mixture
- Pour the oat mixture into a small baking dish
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the oats are set
