Ingredients
75 grams of Coconut Flour
2 servings of Fruit Punch Protein Powder
1 tbsp of Stevia Powder
4 tbsp of Cream Cheese
1tbsp of Lemon Juice
40 grams of Blueberries Pureed
Methods
Put the blueberries, lemon juice and stevia in a blender and blend until liquid.
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the Fruit Punch Protein Powder, cream cheese, coconut flour and blueberry powder.
This should create a thick paste that you are able to roll with your hands. If the mixture is too loose, add some more coconut flour.
Roll into small bitesize balls of deliciousness.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes and enjoy.
